Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architecture Project Manager position include:
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience in architectural projects
- Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited school
- Ability to manage projects in Revit, with potential use of Sketch-Up and Photoshop
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Deliver projects from start to finish and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Manage project staff and schedules to ensure completion within the allocated time
- Maintain positive client relationships and oversee construction administration, QA/QC reviews, and code compliance
- Mentor junior colleagues and support business development and marketing activities
Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
