Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Operations Supervisor position include:
- Minimum 10 years of technical experience in the pipeline industry and/or related industrial industry
- Technical diploma, skilled trades certification, or equivalent high school education with relevant experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience with coaching, mentorship, and performance management of staff
- Legal ability to work in the U.S. and travel to Canada for training; valid driver’s license required
- Plan and manage daily work responsibilities for direct reports to support safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient operations
- Support budgeting, training, competency completion, and regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility
- Lead communication efforts through regular staff meetings and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Oversee contractor management and collaborate with other districts and departments to meet operational goals
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
