Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect position include:
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional architectural experience, with a strong background in high-end residential projects and exposure to commercial work
- Experience across all phases of architecture including design development, construction documents, and construction administration
- Confident, polished, and professional client-facing presence, including work with high-profile clients
- Proven ability to lead projects, coordinate consultants, and mentor junior staff
- Strong understanding of building science, detailing, and exterior envelope systems
- Proficiency in Revit required; experience with Lumion, Bluebeam, and Adobe a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Licensed Architect or actively on track toward licensure preferred (not required)
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
