- Skilled in creating timelines and spreadsheets to track materials and maintain frequent communication with vendors
- Leading and participating in client meetings, working closely with foremen and other disciplines involved with projects
- Walking sites with foremen to identify and solve issues, and working closely with them to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Experience with modular construction and involvement in construction process from start to finish, including passing inspections and obtaining final certificate for occupancy
- Talent for scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving on site if needed.
