Power generation, energy infrastructure, and data center projects demand precision—and that’s exactly what you’ll deliver in Rhome, TX. In this Steel Detailer opportunity, you’ll help support a dedicated skid fabrication operation and produce shop-ready structural and mechanical drawings that keep critical work moving from design to fabrication.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Steel Detailer position include:
- 3-5 years of steel detailing experience
- Prepare steel detail drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication packages from client design documents
- Interpret structural steel drawings, fabrication requirements, weld symbols, and related project specifications
- Coordinate drawing revisions, RFIs, and updates with internal teams and ownership
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, dimensions, materials, and fabrication feasibility
- Support fabrication teams by producing clear, accurate, shop-ready drawings
- Track drawing updates, quantities, revisions, and related project documentation
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Autodesk software; Tekla/SDS2 experience preferred; ASa Rebar software highly desired
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
