In this Senior Technical Sales Consultant opportunity, you’ll combine deep construction knowledge with client-facing expertise to scope, price, and close work that production can deliver with confidence.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Technical Sales Consultant position include:
- 10+ years of relevant masonry or civil/structural hillside construction experience (up to 15+ years preferred)
- Travel to client properties throughout the Greater LA service area for on-site consultations
- Assess projects and site conditions, including access, slope, drainage, retaining walls, and structural considerations
- Advise homeowners on suitable construction and material options based on goals and site realities
- Define scope, dimensions, specifications, exclusions, and sequencing accurately
- Read plans and engineering reports and coordinate with engineers or permitting specialists when necessary
- Prepare detailed estimates, bids, proposals, and contracts, then explain pricing, answer questions, and close approved work
- Provide production with complete notes, photos, videos, and technical details while maintaining an organized pipeline of appointments and follow-ups
Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year + Commissions, commensurate with experience.
