In this Senior Project Manager opportunity, you’ll help keep high volumes of work moving—by confirming scope, coordinating technical details, and driving projects to clean, profitable completion.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years in masonry or relevant civil/structural hillside construction
- Experience managing sold residential work through completion, including scope/material/site condition review
- Strong ability to coordinate subcontractor pricing, scheduling, access, sequencing, and completion
- Comfort visiting multiple jobs to assess progress, quality, and workmanship; resolve technical issues
- Ability to work with civil, structural, and geotechnical engineers when needed
- Proven track record protecting job margins and moving projects toward billing and completion
- Skilled at managing changes, delays, client communications, and escalated concerns
Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
