Step into a high-impact Senior Project Manager opportunity based in Chicago, IL, where you’ll help lead major aviation construction projects, including cargo hangars and complex buildouts. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager position include:
- 6+ years of construction experience with strong project management leadership
- Experience managing aviation projects, buildouts, cargo hangars, or similarly complex construction assignments
- Strong MEP expertise and the ability to coordinate technical project components effectively
- Client-facing communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and lead with professionalism
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Chicago and travel or commute to project locations as needed
- Experience overseeing contractors and managing projects from planning through completion
- Strong cultural fit with a willingness to learn, go above and beyond, and lead teams successfully
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including healthcare coverage with approximately 80–85% paid by the company, 401(k), annual bonus potential, and equity.
