An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Project Manager in Louisville, KY with a century-established general contractor that is rapidly expanding its Kentucky market and growing a thriving regional office. This is a unique chance to join a collaborative, community-focused construction team experiencing strong year-over-year growth, where your leadership can help shape major commercial, healthcare, data center, energy, and higher education projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager position include:
- 14+ years of progressive construction experience with a strong background in complex commercial construction projects.
- Lead projects from preconstruction through close-out while managing schedule, budget, quality, safety, and overall project performance.
- Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, building trusted relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate with estimating, superintendents, accounting, field teams, and project staff to ensure successful project execution.
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, scope, risks, logistics, schedules, procurement strategies, and project documentation.
- Manage job costs, invoices, forecasts, budgets, subcontractor/vendor selection, progress meetings, punch lists, warranties, and close-out documents.
- Mentor and support project teams while contributing to business development and long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, scheduling/accounting tools, and construction technology is preferred; CHC or ASHE certifications are a plus.
Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
