Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years of architectural project management experience
- Manage projects from proposal through construction administration
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, consultants, and delivery expectations
- Serve as a primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee and mentor project staff (approximately 6-7 direct reports)
- Balance design quality, budget, and schedule on complex projects
- Collaborate with principals, internal teams, and consultants to keep projects moving efficiently
- Experience with municipal or similar public-sector project types
Salary: $120K-$150K per year, commensurate with experience.
