Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Draftsperson position include:
- Approximately 3–5 years of commercial architectural drafting experience preferred
- Produce construction documents from established designs, independently developing documents from the design development phase
- Prepare and review construction documents for compliance with applicable codes and regulations
- Assist with acquiring building permits from the authority having jurisdiction
- Coordinate construction documents with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Organize and manage multiple deadline-driven projects
- Proficient in Revit (required) and AutoCAD (required)
- Knowledge of contemporary commercial construction materials and methods
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
