The Sales Account Executive / Project Manager position in Springfield, MA is an exciting opportunity to join a long-standing, family-oriented commercial signage company with more than 100 years in business and a strong reputation for managing custom sign projects from concept through installation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer relationships, creative problem-solving, project coordination, and helping businesses bring their brand visibility to life through impactful signage solutions.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Account Executive / Project Manager position include:
- 1–2+ years of customer service experience and 1–2+ years of project management or project coordination experience.
- Experience in signage, graphics, printing, construction, or a related industry preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, strong customer service skills, and excellent full-time attendance required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and job management software.
- Manage customer relationships, communicate by phone, email, and in person, and provide regular project updates.
- Coordinate signage projects from customer request through billing, including design, permitting, estimating, manufacturing, and installation.
- Perform or oversee job site surveys, take measurements and photos, review site conditions, and help determine signage solutions.
- Research town codes, assist with sign permits, maintain detailed project files, and work with internal teams to keep projects on time and on budget.
Salary: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
