Bring your inspection expertise to a family-owned job shop in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, where custom machined parts and quality-focused work keep every day engaging. In this Quality Control Inspector opportunity, you’ll help ensure precision across in-process and final inspections while working in a modern production environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Control Inspector position include:
- 5+ years of experience as an inspector or machinist
- Expertise in reading blueprints, interpreting and applying GD&T
- Measure part features using manual inspection instruments
- Perform in-process inspections
- Collaborate on preferred measurement strategies
- Complete final inspections, including formal reports as needed
- Maintain a database of measuring instruments and calibrate as needed
- Able to effectively communicate with co-workers and comfortable in a job-shop environment
Salary: $33-$37/hr, depending on experience.
Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance; 401(k) with a 6% match (100% on the first 6%); 80 hours of PTO accruing from day one; and a quarterly bonus program.
