Build your future with a loyal, growing residential construction team delivering custom, high-quality homes across the Tampa Bay area. In this Quality Control Inspector opportunity, you’ll help ensure exceptional workmanship and compliance from foundation through final closeout across semi-custom and luxury projects in St. Petersburg and the Ulmerton area.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Control Inspector position include:
- 5–10 years of residential new construction experience required; custom or luxury homes strongly preferred
- Experience inspecting and documenting quality throughout the full construction lifecycle
- Strong ability to read architectural plans and engineering drawings
- Working knowledge of Florida building codes and minimum state requirements
- Hands-on knowledge across foundation, structural, framing, roofing, windows, waterproofing, MEP, finishes, cabinetry, lighting, and final closeout
- Identify issues during inspections and clearly communicate them to project managers and executives
- Comfort balancing approximately 70% fieldwork with 30% office work (office work may be completed from home)
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
