Take the next step with a family-owned, service-focused team delivering dependable residential and light commercial HVAC and refrigeration solutions across Southeastern Wisconsin. This HVAC Service Technician opportunity is based in Burlington, WI, about 45 minutes southwest of Milwaukee, with a schedule that supports a healthy work-life rhythm.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:
- 2+ years of residential and light commercial HVAC service experience; refrigeration experience highly preferred.
- EPA certification required (EPA Section 608).
- Ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light-commercial HVAC equipment.
- Strong electrical controls and refrigerant diagnostics, including airflow and system performance troubleshooting.
- Experience with residential systems (gas furnaces, central air conditioning, split-system heat pumps) and/or light commercial systems (packaged rooftop units, commercial split systems and controls).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain repair and replacement options.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record; no DUI convictions within the past seven years.
- Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule (every 4–5 weeks) and work Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
Salary: $30 - $40 per hour + commissions on new equipment, parts, upgrades, and maintenance sales. Weekly pay.
