Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in Dulles, VA? Join a premier natural and engineered stone fabrication company with nearly 30 years of success, a 65,000-square-foot fabrication facility, and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality granite, marble, quartz, and custom stone installations for residential and commercial projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- Around 5 years of relevant construction management experience preferred
- Trade school or degree in a relevant field required, with a Construction Management degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant training or educational background
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and Procore required
- Strong understanding of construction processes for residential and commercial projects
- Manage granite and stone installation projects throughout the full project lifecycle, including Construction Administration
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, customers, architects, and project stakeholders
- Work in-office Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, with possible but not guaranteed overtime
Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
