Are you an experienced Mechanical MEP Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in New York, NY? Join a multidisciplinary engineering firm with deep roots in the New York Metropolitan area, offering MEP design, fire protection, fire alarm, and energy management solutions for residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects. This is a great opportunity to lead mechanical HVAC projects, oversee offshore drafters, and grow with a collaborative, family-style, culturally diverse team.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical MEP Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of MEP project management experience, specifically with mechanical HVAC systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field required
- Proficiency in Revit required, with AutoCAD and other design-related software experience preferred
- Experience managing design and construction management phases, including submittals and technical documentation review
- Oversee design, planning, and execution of mechanical HVAC systems within MEP projects
- Manage and supervise offshore drafters, providing guidance, support, and technical review
- Coordinate with internal teams and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, client relationships, and Revit-based design coordination
Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
