In this Project Manager, CSA (Mission Critical) opportunity, you’ll lead the civil, structural, and architectural scope end to end on a large project expected to run through late 2027.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager, CSA (Mission Critical) position include:
- 5+ years managing civil, structural, and architectural scope on large-scale mission critical or industrial construction projects.
- Own CSA cost, schedule, buyout, and subcontractor performance for the package end to end.
- Manage CSA sequencing so slab, structure, envelope, and roof dry-in milestones support MEP rough-in and equipment setting.
- Coordinate embeds, sleeves, penetrations, housekeeping pads, and support steel with the MEP team to resolve interfaces early.
- Lead procurement and bidding strategy, including work scopes, pre-bid meetings, and bid evaluation.
- Drive construction change management (entitlement, notice requirements, pricing, and defending changes with supporting documentation).
- Facilitate project coordination meetings from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring clear communication.
- Manage jobsite setup, mobilization, permit management, and general conditions budget/cash flow to protect profitability.
