Description
Bring your construction leadership experience to a mission-critical role supporting high-impact industrial and commercial fencing projects across the tri-state area. Operations Manager is a hands-on leadership position based in Ivyland, PA, where you’ll help drive field execution, safety, and successful project closeout from pre-construction through final completion.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations Manager position include:
- Oversee daily operations for multiple fencing construction projects and field crews.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, subcontractors, materials, suppliers, and project schedules.
- Manage projects from contract award through completion and closeout.
- Review contracts, plans, specifications, bid documents, and project requirements.
- Support estimating and bid development through material takeoffs, vendor pricing, procurement input, and constructability review.
- Source, purchase, and manage fencing materials, gates, hardware, access control equipment, and specialty products.
- Track project budgets, labor productivity, equipment usage, material costs, lead times, and profitability.
- Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and compliance across active projects.
Salary: Up to $85,000, depending on experience.
Benefits: Insurance after 60 days, with the company paying 50% of the premium, and a 401(k) after 1 year.
