This Field Operations Lead / Commercial HVAC Field Operations Lead opportunity is an early, high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape how service and installations run day to day while helping grow the technician team.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Field Operations Manager position include:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, with an active Connecticut S-1 license required.
- Lead commercial HVAC field operations for service, change-outs, build-outs, and installations.
- Supervise field work on small to mid-sized commercial properties.
- Help estimate, price, and bid HVAC jobs.
- Support technician hiring, training, and retention.
- Build processes for dispatch, field operations, and service delivery.
- Coordinate work across Fairfield County and nearby target markets.
- Work directly with ownership to shape the department and long-term growth plan.
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000+ per year, commensurate with experience, opportunity for equity.
