This Lighting Maintenance Boom Truck Operator position is based in Phoenix, AZ, and offers an autonomous field-based role servicing a variety of commercial properties, from office buildings and banks to parking lots and lighting systems, with consistent work, growth potential, and immediate hiring needs.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lighting Maintenance Boom Truck Operator position include:
- Strong commercial electrical experience with lighting maintenance, troubleshooting, LED retrofits, lamp and ballast replacements, and electrical repairs
- Experience operating a boom/bucket truck at a basic working level required
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of electrical and lighting system issues
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Install, retrofit, maintain, and repair commercial lighting fixtures and electrical components
- Service commercial properties including offices, banks, parking lots, light poles, wall packs, and occupied buildings throughout the Phoenix Valley
- Track materials, maintain professionalism on job sites, communicate effectively with the team, and stay on schedule
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance after 90 days with employer contributions up to $375, dental and vision options, and a 401(k) plan after 90 days with a 5% employer contribution.
