This Licensed Transportation Engineer position is located in St. Louis, MO, offering the opportunity to lead impactful transportation projects, grow a Missouri-based team, collaborate with MoDOT and local agencies, and help shape the future of transportation across the region.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Transportation Engineer position include:
- Must be a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of transportation engineering experience is preferred, including project management and team leadership.
- Experience working on MoDOT and Missouri LPA projects is strongly preferred.
- Strong business development skills, including client management, proposal writing, and securing new business opportunities.
- Lead federally funded transportation projects from conception to completion, including engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with MoDOT, municipalities, regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and transportation groups across firm locations.
- Serve as the Missouri Discipline Lead while cultivating a high-performing team of transportation engineers and technical staff.
- Drive strategic growth, innovation, quality assurance, and project excellence in transportation engineering.
Salary: $110,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
