Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC.
- Service residential and commercial HVAC systems, with work focused on property management, multifamily, apartments, condos, and local customers.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including heat pumps and systems 5 tons and under.
- Provide professional customer service while representing a respected local HVAC company.
- Work within approximately a 50-mile radius of Wilmington with no overnight travel.
- EPA certification is required; NATE certification or HVAC-related schooling is helpful.
- Use company software, with transition to ServiceTitan planned.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule approximately every 5th week.
Salary: $25 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
