Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:
- Minimum of 2+ years of HVAC service experience; perform service, maintenance, and repair work on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- EPA Universal certification required; diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment in K-12, healthcare, commercial, and industrial facilities.
- Valid ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR; safely operate a company vehicle and travel to job sites.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn; participate in ongoing training and development provided by the company.
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently; dispatch from home and handle assigned daily service routes.
- Good communication and customer service skills; interact professionally with clients and maintain strong service relationships.
- Availability for an on-call rotation; support scheduled Monday through Friday hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM along with after-hours service needs.
- Experience in commercial and industrial environments preferred; service HVAC systems for project types including K-12 and healthcare facilities.
Salary: $30-$45/hr based on experience, with bonus.
