This Experienced HVAC Service Technician opportunity offers full-time stability, hands-on problem solving across residential and light commercial systems, and clear paths for growth.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:
- At least 3 years of HVAC service experience with demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Working knowledge of refrigeration, electrical diagnostics, airflow, gas heating, heat pumps, and common HVAC controls.
- EPA Section 608 certification; Universal certification preferred.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, use meters and gauges correctly, and follow technical service information.
- Perform scheduled service, maintenance, and repair calls on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, air handlers, rooftop units, controls, and related accessories.
- Complete digital work orders, equipment records, photos, notes, parts usage, and customer approvals before closing each call.
- Follow applicable codes, manufacturer procedures, refrigerant-handling rules, and company safety standards.
Salary: $25-$35 per year, commensurate with experience.
