Build your future with a fast-growing fabrication business in the Fort Worth/DFW area, where aerospace-grade work and real customer impact are already underway. This Senior Business Development Director / Senior Sales Executive opportunity will help expand a steel and metal fabrication operation that generated approximately $9 million in sales last year and is preparing to move into its own facility in about a year.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Business Development Director / Senior Sales Executive position include:
- At least 5 years of successful business development or sales experience selling steel fabrication, metal fabrication, or closely related contract manufacturing services.
- Aerospace fabrication experience and aerospace contacts are highly preferred.
- Established relationships with companies that use fabrication services.
- Proven ability to develop new accounts rather than only manage existing customers.
- Comfort working independently and creating your own schedule and sales strategy without an established sales process.
- Generate new fabrication business across aerospace and other industrial markets, prospect, develop, and close new accounts.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and help establish and improve sales and business development processes.
Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: PTO, bonus, and commissions. Potential stock or ownership participation.
