Healthcare construction is evolving, and DAVRON is connecting experienced leaders to a growing team building patient-focused facilities across the Greater Charlotte region. In this Project Manager – Healthcare Construction opportunity, you’ll help deliver innovative work ranging from community hospitals to specialty clinics while supporting nearby projects in the Carolinas.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction position include:
- 6+ years of GC/CM construction management experience with healthcare construction experience (ideally $10M+ projects)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to support projects across the Greater Charlotte Region, with local/regional travel throughout the Carolinas (including Greater Charlotte and Charleston markets)
- Procurement support including analyzing information in CPS, developing bidding strategy, and managing bidder questions and bid reviews
- Planning and schedule setup, including complex project schedule logic and site logistics planning with the superintendent
- Field operations leadership including safety plan ownership, punchlist completion, labor relations support, and emergency crisis procedures
- Cost management including general conditions budgeting, trade budget structure in Prolog, change management monitoring, and cash/profitability oversight
Salary: Up to $185K, depending on level per year, commensurate with experience.
