In this Senior MEP Project Manager opportunity, you’ll lead complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems from preconstruction through closeout across high-visibility projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior MEP Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years managing MEP scopes on large-scale commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through commissioning, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems.
- Lead MEP strategy and coordination across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and low-voltage systems.
- Use BIM/VDC tools to support MEP coordination and clash resolution.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to develop cost-effective building system solutions.
- Review design documents for constructability, completeness, and coordination conflicts; support estimating, value engineering, and subcontractor buyout activities.
- Oversee MEP construction activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety expectations, and quality standards.
- Support commissioning and ensure seamless transition from construction to owner occupancy, including turnover, startup, testing, balancing, and owner training.
- Manage MEP budgets, forecasts, contingency utilization, change management, and risk mitigation to protect schedule and cost objectives.
Salary: Up to $185K per year, depending on level.
