Build your future with a respected HVAC team in Canton, NC where quality workmanship and customer service come first. HVAC Service Technician is a rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to diagnose, repair, and service residential systems with minimal supervision.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:
- 10+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service and repair experience required.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a full range of residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and mini-splits.
- Perform service calls efficiently by identifying the root cause of system issues and recommending appropriate repairs.
- Complete repairs and installations in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle with the necessary tools and parts.
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for materials as needed.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners while providing exceptional customer service.
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
Salary: $25.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience.
