HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician is an opportunity to work on residential and light commercial systems—plus ice machines, walk-in coolers/freezers, and prep tables—while enjoying a close, hands-on culture and real independence on the job.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Technician position include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Service and installation experience (not just installers)
- Ability to work fairly independently
- Refrigeration experience is highly preferred
- Dispatch directly from the office each morning
- Complete work within Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM schedule (flexible if needed)
- Assist with preventative maintenance to support consistent 40+ hour weeks
- Technicians do not handle invoicing or prepare quotes (office staff processes information)
Salary: up to $35/hour, will look at higher depending on experience.
Benefits: Medical insurance after 6 months, dental insurance after 6 months, and paid time off.
