Work on high-impact ductbank precast concrete projects that support critical data center and telecommunications infrastructure, with a growing, entrepreneurial team in Massillon, OH. Precast Concrete Manufacturing Estimator is a role where you’ll partner closely with the Owner of the company while building accurate, competitive bids that help drive profitable outcomes.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Precast Concrete Estimator position include:
- 2–5 years of estimating experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong estimating background is more important than industry-specific experience.
- Visit customer sites as needed.
- Prepare estimates and quotations, including components associated with duct bank systems.
- Source raw materials.
- Prepare and submit bid documentation promptly.
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine material, labor, equipment, transportation, and subcontractor costs.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and project management teams to support bid proposals and value-engineering opportunities.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 2 weeks PTO and a 401(k) plan is expected to be added next year.
