Description
A specialized HVAC controls installation contractor is seeking an HVAC Controls Foreman in Milwaukee, WI. This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable, growing union company with over a decade of HVAC expertise, no history of layoffs, and a strong reputation for delivering proper building automation installs that keep commercial projects on schedule.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Controls Foreman position include:
- BAS HVAC controls installation experience, with ability to run jobs and oversee crews on commercial projects
- Install and supervise installation of HVAC controls, building automation systems, low-voltage wiring, conduit, and related components
- Work with Siemens, Automated Logic, Trane, and similar control systems; Johnson Controls experience is a strong plus
- Manage multiple phased jobs, often overseeing 3 to 4 active projects and crews that move between jobsites
- Support new construction, remodel, school, public facility, and museum projects throughout the Milwaukee area
- Coordinate with job runners, foremen, installers, and field crews to keep projects moving efficiently
- Licensed Electricians, Electrical Journeymen, and electricians with HVAC controls experience are encouraged to apply
- Must be open to occasional overnight travel, with per diem and lodging provided when required
Salary: $50 to $60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
