Bring your project leadership to a mission-driven, industrial imaging environment in Boca Raton, where ruggedized camera systems help capture critical visual data under extreme conditions. In this Hardware Development Project Manager opportunity, you’ll support full development lifecycle execution across hardware, electronics, firmware, and system integration for highly regulated programs.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Hardware Development Project Manager position include:
- 7–10 years of project management experience, including 5+ years in aerospace, defense, or another highly regulated industry, with at least two technical projects successfully managed through the full development lifecycle
- Lead hardware, electronics, embedded firmware, software, system integration, testing, production flow, and supply chain activities
- Strong Microsoft Project proficiency, including integrated master schedules, resource planning, critical paths, and reporting
- Manage customer-facing milestone reviews and support program execution for multiple active efforts
- Ensure requirements are met for ITAR U.S. Person eligibility
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, program management, or a related technical discipline
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
