Step into a high-growth flooring organization with a strong Midwest presence and a focused opportunity to help build the Elk Grove, IL branch. This Flooring Installation Manager role keeps projects moving efficiently by coordinating installation scheduling, dispatching 1099 installers, and leading warehouse and crew operations.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Flooring Installation Manager position include:
- Deep flooring installation and operations experience required, including scheduling jobs and coordinating multiple installation crews.
- Schedule flooring installation jobs and coordinate daily installation activity.
- Dispatch 1099 flooring installers and manage up to 20 crews per day.
- Oversee operations for a 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse.
- Lead and manage 2-3 warehouse associates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials, labor, and schedules are aligned.
- Support timely, efficient completion of customer flooring installations.
- Help resolve installation, scheduling, warehouse, and customer-service issues as they arise while maintaining a hands-on, accountable operations environment.
Salary: $80K-$110K per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Health, dental, vision, a 401(k) match at 50% up to 6%, negotiable PTO, and bonus eligibility may apply based on KPIs.
