Step into a close-knit, high-end flooring environment in Washington where you’ll support residential and commercial projects from estimate to installation readiness. In this Flooring Estimator opportunity, you’ll use QuickBooks to prepare proposals, coordinate pricing with vendors, manage customer billing, and help keep projects moving smoothly.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Flooring Estimator position include:
- 2+ years of estimating or flooring industry experience preferred.
- QuickBooks knowledge required.
- Ability to take off plans and view 360 on a computer using plan viewing/digital takeoff tools.
- Strong detail orientation and dependability.
- Prepare proposals using information gathered from the sales team.
- Work with approved vendors for material pricing and purchasing.
- Handle customer billing, including deposit invoices, and process billing in QuickBooks.
- Coordinate with the scheduling coordinator after a job is awarded to align materials and installation timing.
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical insurance is provided with the company paying approximately 50%, and PTO includes one week after 6 months and 2 weeks after 1 year. There are 5 paid sick days, and a 401(k) is available with no company match.
