Join a fast-moving, highly respected general contractor as a Construction Project Manager in Connecticut, serving projects throughout the entire state. This is an exciting opportunity to lead reconstruction work for a company that has been responding to fire, water, wind, and vandalism damage since the 80s, with the expertise, skilled team, and around-the-clock service that make them a standout in the construction industry.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years of project management experience in residential construction or reconstruction
- Manage multiple residential projects ranging from $20,000 to $600,000 simultaneously
- Proficient in managing seven to ten projects at one time
- Coordinate scheduling of trades and subcontractors, including roofing, MEP, and siding
- Oversee projects from demolition and excavation through full reconstruction
- Visit job sites most days while also handling office-based project management duties
- Experience with Xactimate software strongly preferred
- Maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed efficiently and to quality standards
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
