In this Commercial Interior Superintendent opportunity in Beltsville, you’ll lead daily jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors on corporate office buildouts and tenant improvement projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Interior Superintendent position include:
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience, with a focus on corporate interiors and office projects.
- Oversee all daily jobsite operations for commercial interior construction, corporate office buildouts, tenant improvements, and renovations.
- Independently manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and onsite construction activities.
- Maintain full responsibility and authority for jobsite operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and safely.
- Develop, maintain, and manage construction schedules to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, construction plans, specifications, and project documentation.
- Utilize Procore for project documentation, scheduling coordination, and construction management.
- Coordinate punch lists, final inspections, and closeout activities.
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical insurance with 70% of the base-plan premium covered, dental, safe harbor 401(k), two weeks of accrued PTO, five sick days, discretionary year-end bonus based on profitability, and the company observes union and federal holidays. A car allowance is also provided.
