Description
Bring your commercial HVAC expertise to Lakewood, New Jersey and help keep multifamily and healthcare properties running smoothly with hands-on chiller service work. In this Chiller Technician opportunity, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and install advanced cooling systems while supporting a growing workload across NJ, PA, and NY.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Chiller Technician position include:
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience with strong chiller troubleshooting skills; chiller installation experience required
- EPA Universal certification required
- Ability to service and maintain chillers, rooftop units, cooling towers, and hydronic heat pumps
- Boiler experience is a plus
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills for commercial cooling systems
- Experience supporting multifamily, nursing homes, assisted living, and office buildings (no factories/industrial)
- Willingness to travel typically within a 1–2-hour drive; occasional compensated out-of-state winter travel
- Successful completion of pre-employment requirements including background check, drug screen, and MVR check
Salary: $70,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
