This Assistant Project Manager opportunity is based in New York, NY and supports ground-up and renovation work across the city from early foundation through completion.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Project Manager - Construction position include:
- 5 years of NYC construction/development experience, including hands-on work from foundation through project completion
- NYC construction experience with a NYC-based company of similar size and project profile
- Ability to work construction hours, roughly 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Experience supporting ground-up mixed-use construction and/or commercial/residential renovations
- Coordinate subcontractor and vendor activity throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain internal document controls and help ensure project documentation is organized and current
- Work closely with field leadership, operations, and internal project teams
- Spend time in the field when projects are active, supporting day-to-day execution
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
