Qualifications and responsibilities for this Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering Manager position include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering required.
• 10-12+ years of engineering experience with at least 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of 7 engineers while creating accountability and driving performance.
• Apply broad engineering knowledge across fluidics, mechanical systems, chemical engineering, and manufacturing environments.
• Utilize experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Mastercam in a hands-on engineering leadership capacity.
• Interact directly with customers, represent engineering to external stakeholders, and support global client communications as needed.
• Thrive in a smaller company environment by wearing multiple hats, solving problems, and balancing strategic leadership with technical execution.
• Support succession planning, knowledge transfer, business growth, and long-term engineering leadership stability.
Salary: $200,000 - $259,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
