In this Plant Manager opportunity, you’ll lead daily plant performance with an emphasis on safe, efficient, high-quality output and reliable supply chain execution.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plant Manager position include:
- 10+ years of manufacturing or assembly management experience.
- Oversee assembly/manufacturing, shipping and receiving, inventory, production planning, and supply chain.
- Strong background in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain.
- Lead and manage up to 10 technicians, including staffing, coaching, accountability, and employee development.
- Establish and maintain operational performance metrics and KPIs to improve productivity and equipment efficiency.
- Ensure a safety-first culture and compliance with applicable OSHA and workplace regulations.
- Drive quality by reducing defects, scrap, and rework in coordination with production and engineering.
- Use basic MS Office; training available on Activate manufacturing software (ERP experience not required).
Salary: $100k-$150k per year, commensurate with experience.
