In this Field Operations Manager opportunity, you’ll lead hands-on daily field operations, keeping crews scheduled, equipped, and supported to finish safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Field Operations Manager position include:
- 2+ years of construction field management or supervisory experience, with leadership responsibility managing employees.
- Plan and coordinate daily and weekly crew schedules in collaboration with Project Management and other operational departments.
- Schedule and dispatch multiple crews, coordinating labor, materials, equipment, and job readiness.
- Ensure jobs are deployment-ready, including appropriate labor, materials, vehicles, tools, equipment, and project information.
- Directly supervise and support Foremen, Crew Leaders, and field employees; mentor and develop field leaders with coaching and accountability.
- Enforce OSHA requirements, company safety policies, and safe work practices; address safety concerns and operational delays.
- Conduct occasional jobsite visits to monitor safety, productivity, workmanship, and overall crew performance.
- Review and approve field employee time, support accurate payroll processing, and ensure required documentation and photographs are completed and entered into company systems.
Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
