Build your future with a respected painting team powering large-scale new construction across South Florida, delivering consistent quality on high-volume residential communities. This Senior Field Manager opportunity is based in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, where you’ll lead field operations, coordinate subcontract crews, and partner closely with builders to keep production moving.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Field Manager position include:
• At least 10 years of experience supervising painting crews in the field
• Hands-on painting trade background with production residential or tract-home experience
• Ability to oversee multiple active new-construction communities simultaneously and support annual production of 1,400–1,500+ new homes
• Experience managing large numbers of subcontract painters and recruiting, evaluating, trialing, retaining, and replacing crews
• Strong knowledge of new-construction painting processes, production schedules, and lot walk/punch-list completion
• Ability to enforce scopes, specifications, quality standards, and pay structures while resolving disputes with subcontractors
• Fluency in English and Spanish and comfort traveling daily across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties
• Experience working directly with builder superintendents or construction managers
Salary: $85,000 - 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Company vehicle provided, gas card, performance bonus, and two weeks of vacation; vehicle maintenance support is available for the right person. Stipend to cover medical benefits offered.
