Description
Take the next step in a collaborative, hands-on architecture environment in Greensboro, NC, where projects move from concept through construction with real ownership and visible impact. This Architect / Project Manager opportunity brings together design, production, client leadership, and business development in a small seven-person firm.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect / Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of commercial architecture experience (7+ preferred), ideally with projects in the Southeast; lead projects from conception through construction completion.
- Licensed architect preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure with 4+ years may be considered; minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit preferred) with demonstrated hands-on production ability.
- Oversee staff and consultants, and support design, drafting, proposals, client meetings, and business development.
- Strong communicator and collaborative team member with energy, initiative, and efficient time management.
- Fluent English; no visa sponsorship available; must be able to commute and work onsite in Greensboro, NC.
- Professional integrity and strong problem-solving skills.
Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: 401(k) with 3% match and company revenue-based profit sharing; health insurance may be added in the future.
