Bring your architectural leadership to Arlington, Texas and make an impact across nationwide industrial and retail projects with a customer-service-focused, woman-owned firm. In this Sr. Architect/Project Manager opportunity, you’ll take a hands-on role balancing technical oversight with client and team leadership, guiding projects from inception through construction administration.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Architect/Project Manager position include:
- 7+ years of architectural experience and 3+ years of project management experience
- Current California Architectural Registration and active NCARB Certificate (multi-state licensure strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Strong experience with industrial, light commercial, retail, and/or multi-site/rollout projects
- Lead projects from initial scope through construction administration, including code analysis, permitting, and closeout
- Experience sealing and signing architectural documents
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (Bluebeam experience preferred)
- Strong client-facing communication, relationship management, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
