Based in Clearwater, FL and fully on-site, this Value Stream Manager opportunity offers hands-on ownership across one or more product lines and a strong chance to improve how products are built.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Value Stream Manager position include:
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, manufacturing engineering, or production leadership, with manufacturing team leadership required
- Serve as the operational owner of one or more product lines, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives are met
- Lead and support daily assembly operations, mentoring production employees and team leads
- Develop, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes, assembly methods, and production workflows
- Perform structured root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for permanent improvements
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, improve flow, and optimize line balancing
- Ensure products consistently meet company and customer quality expectations in partnership with Quality
- Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing performance, including labor utilization, scrap, and rework
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
