In this Powder Coat Line Supervisor/Manager opportunity, you’ll lead a conveyorized pre-treat and powder paint department and help drive consistent results, safety, and continuous improvement in a newly created role at a new facility.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Powder Coat Line Supervisor/Manager position include:
- 5+ years’ experience supervising/managing a conveyorized automatic spray powder coat line and personnel.
- Extensive technical knowledge of cleaning and pretreatment required for powder painting processes.
- Extensive experience in quality controls and processes of a powder coat line.
- Production-minded leadership with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive problem-solving approach.
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team to meet departmental goals.
- Establish and drive production objectives while maintaining efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Oversee safety practices, quality systems, and continuous improvement across the line.
Salary: $75K+ with benefits.
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and two weeks PTO; PTO may be negotiable.
