This Construction Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to lead large vertical and horizontal construction scopes with a strong emphasis on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) experience.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience on U.S. Government construction sites, including at least 5 years on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects.
- Plan and coordinate all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation through project completion for general construction and renewable energy projects.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across the U.S. and potentially overseas.
- Direct construction site leadership, including superintendent, safety, and quality control.
- Develop and adhere to project accounting, budgeting, schedules, and safety and quality control plans.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor contracts; evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Plan construction operations and coordinate intermediate phases to meet contractual deadlines.
- Communicate progress with clients and collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other trades.
Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
