Bring your estimating leadership to a safety-minded organization where your work directly shapes winning bids and long-term growth across New England. In this Lead Estimator - Paving opportunity, you’ll lead complex, multi-regional construction and infrastructure estimates while partnering closely with executives and operations teams to drive profitability.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Estimator - Paving position include:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience, specifically estimating experience within the construction industry
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail
- Serve as the strategic leader of the estimating function across all regions (CT, NY, MA), driving alignment with growth and profitability objectives
- Direct and scale a multi-regional estimating organization by establishing standardized processes, governance, and performance metrics
- Provide executive-level oversight for complex, large-scale construction and infrastructure estimates aligned to scope, client requirements, and financial targets
- Advise senior leadership on project pursuits, including bid strategy, pricing positioning, risk tolerance, and go/no-go decisions
- Mentor and develop estimating leadership and staff to build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and professional growth
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
