An exciting opportunity is available for a Structural Engineer in Winter Haven, FL with a well-established structural engineering firm that has served its local community and clients throughout Florida for more than 25 years. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering required
- Minimum of 1+ years of structural design experience
- PE preferred, but FE/EIT or candidates actively pursuing licensure will be considered
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and structural analysis software required; Revit experience preferred
- Experience with steel structures, metal structures, trusses, load-bearing walls, foundations, retaining walls, and building systems preferred
- Perform structural design, load calculations, analysis, drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Coordinate with civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, architects, CAD drafting staff, and project stakeholders
- Support construction activities, respond to field questions, and provide project oversight and document stamping for licensed PE candidates
Salary: $60,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
